Msa was founded in 1979 (with the Multi Serass brand) by Salvatore Campus, one of the first entrepreneurs to understand the opportunity to create an Italian Outsourcing Company focused on claims management. Since its inception, preparing the best settlement solution based on the customer’s needs has been a priority for the company. Moral rigor has always been a crucial feature in the entire staff’s cultural background. Thanks to the skills of our staff and operational structure, today the company manages over 135,000 new generation annual claims, both in the automobile sector and in the Non-Life Branches sector, providing the highest level of information security according to the ISO 27001 Standard.
Msa is currently the only market player to play global service provider’s role in the claims field. Both companies and the MGA/B (Managing General Agency/Broker) can entrust Msa in full outsourcing one of the most critical areas of the insurance value chain.
