We currently manage around 130,000 insurance claims per year with a workforce of around 200, including employees and consultants. MSA-Multi Serass is looking for new staff at its Milan offices.

CLAIMS BACK OFFICE ADMIN OFFICER
The ideal candidate will have experience in the claims management sector with a specific focus on the auto branch.
His or her main duties will be:
Entering or supplementing the personal data of all those involved in the claim
Addition of damages subject to potential compensation
Document classification
Engaging independent experts (investigators, appraisers, doctors)
Activating and/or suspending and/or interrupting statutory periods
Responding to claimants
Checking and simultaneously entering the central accident database in the claims file
Activating the relevant notifications for documents such as writs, access to files, complaints
Contextualisation of documents/applications for the purposes of valuing the claims and assessing appropriate action
Supporting injured parties via email or telephone with information on progress in their claims.
REQUISITES
Claims back office admin officer
Qualifications in law or similar.
Surveying or accountancy diploma
Excellent IT skills and good English are also required
