Portal
A management module that was designed to coordinate communication between the claims systems and the external fiduciary network, natively integrated with the Clever system. Portal allows sending and receiving assignments to car appraisers, non-life branches appraisers, investigators, doctors and lawyers.
Technical detail
TECHNICAL DETAIL
Clever, developed with a proprietary framework underlying all Msa applications, is a SPA (Single Page Application) written in React JS and based on Microsoft’s Fluent UI graphic framework. The application back end is based on REST – Framework Spring; security is at two distinct levels, managed with a mix of web session and JWT, and is implemented with the Spring Security framework. The database is controlled with the MyBatis ORM.

Task distribution engine
The system manages the fiduciary appointment through an algorithm based on the type of assignment, the geographical area, and the trustees’ performance.
Communications management
Notification of communications to and from the company with tracking communications about each claim.
Billing and invoicing
Functions dedicated to the automatic control of parcels and invoicing management minimize administrative-accounting activities related to the management of trustees.
Automatic deadline management
The task manager indicates the daily activities to be completed for each trustee, supporting them in managing the tasks in compliance with the company’s SLAs.
Online performance analysis
A statistical department monitors the main technical performance indicators and the management process execution speed, also making the main KPIs available online to trustees.
