TRADITIONAL OUTSOURCING
Msa make available to companies with their own claims department the skills of its own staff specialized in settlement of predefined clusters of claims, using systems and processes within the company.
The highly technological features that distinguish the company’s IT systems make it easy to connect with the company’s claims system, to the advantage of Msa’s efficiency during its mandate.

FULL OUTSOURCING OF CLAIMS
Msa manages «current» claims, Auto and Non-Auto, CARD and no CARD, complex and straightforward. On the operational front, the company operates as a claims department on behalf of the client company, managing all the phases that make up the settlement process, including the coordination and definition of technical guidelines.
An enabling factor is undoubtedly a parametric management system that can be customized according to the client’s characteristics (direct, traditional, automotive, operating in CARD or outside CARD, …), interfaced with its Portfolio System and with the databases/insurance services of the Italian market.

The Network of Representatives and the network of correspondents present in the various countries allow Msa to carry out the claims management of numerous international companies in the Italian territory, and at the same time, manage foreign claims on behalf of companies operating in the Italian market.

Thanks to the collaboration with the company N4C, belonging to our group, we can offer a network of auto appraisers, non-life branches appraisers, doctors and assessors available throughout the national territory. Portal, our dedicated software developed internally, enables the assignment of tasks and connects all the claims management systems, regulating the networks’ functioning, simplifying processing times, efficiency, and the operations’ overall cost.

With the RipArte Srl group company, companies have access to a network of over 300 affiliated coachbuilders, offering total coverage of the Italian territory. The use of the service ensures pre-agreed rates, with discounts for the service beneficiaries and the adoption of standard management procedures. These two factors make it possible to reduce the average expense for claims. Centralized billing and the channeling service broaden the spectrum of services aimed at companies, which will increase the channeling rate as they have to deal with a single company throughout

Through the collaboration with Legalade, a law firm registered in the Special Register of the Bar Association of Trento, we can manage civil and criminal litigation related to third-party motor insurance on behalf of the clients.
