Fees

MSA fees are different according to 5 main variables described as follows. In addition, MSA fees are “modular”; it means that the Client can choose the option more compliant to its needs:
Discount rate according to the annual volumes
Success fees when a specific target is reached (typically a closing ratio target) or not, with application of related bonus and penalties
Different fees according to the number of additional services requested: basic fee and additional fee for “first class services”, such as claims tracking through an on line web access, statistics, …
Different fees according to the interface level between the two Parties’ claims systems (no interface, medium interface, full interface) and the level of usability/complexity of the Client’s system
Different fees according to the type of claim managed (Motor TPL claims, CARD or no CARD, with or without bodily injuries, own damages, General Liability, Fire, …)
