Claims tracking service, through on-line web access to Multi Serass claims data baser

In addition to access to main claims data (*), the Company/Broker/Client can also solicit the claims adjustor

Internal IT capabilities to completely interface Multi Serass System with the one of the Company

Multi Serass IT team is composed by 4 people
Multi Serass claims System is already interfaced with the System of some Insurance Companies, also for CARD claims

A new release of Multi Serass claims System, technological architecture included, is expected within the first months of 2009

The new System will deliver new “high value added” functionalities such as:
Phone calls integrated in the System, which will allow to “log” all the inbound and outbound calls
Document Management (access to all scanned documents, to allow a paperless claims management and an easier technical audit…), Workflow, automatic claims profiling and assignment to the more suitable claims handlers, virtualization in the process assignment to external experts (fax server, Triatel server, …)
Claims agenda and log of all the activities done on the claim System
