Service offering is articulated:
- overall process management (from notification to payment(*)) of current claims, run off or under litigation claims, specialized claims (Non Motor TPL, …),
- “high value added” supporting services, such as Technical Audit (closed files review for training goal or for loss economic opportunities evaluation – “leakage calculation”),, reserves due diligence, recoveries and retrievals, customer satisfactions, complains, ….
Network structure allow the full coverage of the main areas of the Italian territory (by now offices located in Milan, Bologna, Rome, Bari, Agrigento). Multi Serass offering is flexible and covers different needs: claims management can be conducted in Multi Serass own offices rather than at Client’s offices, through Multi Serass claims system rather than with Client’s claims system, through Multi Serass own external experts network rather than Client’s network

    to information: Multi Serass is currently providing service 5 days out of 7, from 9 A.M. to 1 P.M. and from 2.30 P.M. to 6 P.M. to clients, claimants and brokers, through a Contact Center dedicated to answer or address phone calls, with two levels of automatic call rebound on other process actors in case of unavailability (busy line, …), in order to ensure the call is managed (we are going to extend working hours up to 8 P.M. and Saturday mornings)
