Performance and service level: overview

Multi Serass performance are excellent, as shown by the last 5 years closing ratio* and average cost indicators

(*) The closing ratio is calculated as (number of claims paid + number of claims with no further payment), divided by the number of claims notified
(**) Very low ratio because strongly affected by fleet management claims (late notification of loss, late sending of invoices to evaluate and settle claims, …)
(***) Ratio strongly affected by the huge % of General Liability claims

Service level also has been of an outstanding level:
- No ISVAP fine after Audit on Multi Serass’ (MSA) claims (credential: Mr. Moretti – former Ala Insurance claim manager)
- MSA’s Clients Audit appraisal (Mr. Fabian - AIG Europe; Mr. Lacerenza - Zurich)
