In addition, a significant value has been the capability to offer pragmatic solution in case of operational and organisational issues (quick wins intervention proposal - such as process streamlining, temporary task force in order to reduce and delete backlog - rather then structural interventions proposal), enabling the Company’s claims structure to easier decide the direction to take
