Quick tips in case of claim

As MSA works with several Companies, the process first stages (first notification of loss) differ from Insurer and Insurer.
If the first notification of loss process requires to send the notification directly to MSA (not applicable to all the Companies’ MSA is dealing with – as described in the following lines), the typical way of forwarding are:
- through post office (to Multi Serass – Via Roncaglia 13, 20146 Milano, Italy)
- through fax: every single Company has a dedicated fax, as explained in the following scheme
In any case MSA can be reached at +39 02-465474.1 (connected also at the national number 199.151.131), or at +39 02-465488.1

In particular, for each Company the first notification of loss process is the following:

- AIG Europe:	first notification of loss to MSA (Multi Serass), through post office or through fax, at +39 02-465474.851
- Ala:	first notification of loss to ALA Agent, which will notify the claim to MSA
- Aurora:	first notification of loss to Aurora Broker, which will notify the claim to MSA
- Aviva:	first notification of loss to Aviva Agent, which will notify the claim to MSA)
- Direct Line:	first notification of loss to Direct Line Call Center, which will notify the claim to MSA
- Eurizon:	first notification of loss to Eurizon Call Center, which will notify the claim to MSA
- Royal & Sun Alliance:	first notification of loss to Rsa Agent/Broker, which will notify the claim to MSA
- Zurich/ZIIL (cliente Arval):	first notification of loss to Arval, which will notify the claim to MSA
- Zurich/ZIIL (cliente BMW):	first notification of loss to the green number (800.332.331). After the phone notification of loss, documentation will have to be sent to Multi Serass, through post office or fax at +39-02-465474.854 or through mail at the address denuncebmw@multiserass.com
