IT skills: full integration between Multi Serass and Client’s claims system (“live”)

Internal IT capabilities to completely interface Multi Serass System with the one of the Company (case study: X Company)
Multi Serass IT team is composed by 4 people
Multi Serass claims System is already interfaced with the System of some Insurance Companies, also for CARD claims

X Company sends through transfer file to Multi Serass the policy portfolio in order to allow Multi Serass to check the coverage
Multi Serass receives the first notification of loss (e-mail, paper, transfer file…) and input data on its System. All the following information related to that claim will be opened on Multi Serass System and transferred to X Company System
Multi Serass will start its technical management through its functionalities (deadlines task manager, …) sending every day through transfer file all the information related to the claims (up to settlement and payment)
All the claims data are daily transferred from Multi Serass System to X Company System: general data, parties involved, reserves changes, legal intervention, ISVAP data, external experts assignments. The transfer file is checked formerly in Multi Serass with an internal control, then in X Company (error log). Correction logic and sending are defined
X Company will interface with Authority Data Base (SIC and Responsibility) and will send back to Multi Serass these information through transfer file, in order to allow Multi Serass to manage quickly the claim itself
