Nearly 30 years ago, Salvatore Campus left a management role in a primary Insurance Company to build the first claims outsourcing structure in the Italian market: Multi Serass
Mr. Campus’ belief was that an external and more flexible structure would have granted better technical results and service levels, beside other typical outsourcing model values (“pay per use” fee, expense ratio forecast, …).
Multi Serass has always been a pioneer structure: in its first years started with an outstanding accessibility, then in the 80’s built up a custom Claims System to manage claims, in the 90’s added new services such as claims tracking and customised statistics.
In the last three years, with the help of the new General manager (Giovanni Campus – former experienced manager of Accenture Strategic Consulting division – specialised in the Claims Market offering), Multi Serass has diversified its services, structured its offering in modules and widened its territorial coverage, with the unique goal of improving its technical and service performance in claims management
